Allowing Organization Primary Contact add and remove contacts
It would be great if the primary contact in GLM organization profile could add/remove contacts rather than our team having to do that. We have a lot of turnover with our non-profits and they keep making new profiles when they could just be a new contact. And rather than our team having to add/remove, it would be great if the primary did that on their own.
With our May 2024 release you can now add contact their organization. To learn more about this functionality please review our SupportHub or contact success @ foundant.

since nonprofits have a high degree of turnover, I am constantly being asked to deactivate folks. Is it possible to have a designated person at the agency, say the ED have that capability so I am not doing this all the time

Manually adding users to an existing organization is really bogging down our grant application process... both for the nonprofits and for our community foundation. It would be awesome to have some type of work-around!

It would be AWESOME if there could be an email notification set up when an organization changes and of their contact info so CSuite can be updated since that is not automatic!
