Third Party Entry - Include Applicant Name
It would be helpful to have the applicant's name appear on the third-party response form. Currently, it shows the applicant's name on the dashboard, but when the third party clicks on Start to submit the information it only shows the "process" or "award" name. Having the student's name appear at the top of the form would help responders keep track of the student they are working on.
Some of our third parties complete a LOT of responses and I've heard from many of them that this would be really helpful.

Yes. Errors happen frequently for those completing a lot of requests, especially if they wait to do them all at once. And as there is not a "reset" or edit option on the third party form (and we cannot access it unless the third party forwards their email, that I am aware of), the main way to fix confused entries is have them then email me all their responses to enter for them into the correct student and them copying/pasting their responses into the correct student's form. i.e. hassle.
Another solution for this would be for the link to open to the third party DASHBOARD instead of the form, so that they could see which student's name(s) they have been assigned and then click into that student's form themselves, so they know exactly which student's form they are in. -
