Our evaluations are done by student and if I need to edit evaluations assignments in the Evaluation Assigned bucket, it's very hard to ensure all of a student's opportunities are assigned to the same evaluator when I have to assign by opportunity instead of by student. This is still not possible with the new update if a student has already been assigned to evaluators. This is the message that is received: One or more selected request(s) has an evaluation already assigned.   3. We would like to replace our budget template with tables but we need to be able to show %'s for each expense section and revenue area. In particular, we need to be able to identify the applicant's 10% match in the revenue section. Adding %'s to the Table feature would be helpful so we could do away with applicant's having to download the budget template and then upload it again.

  4. It would be great if we could put email templates in folders by grant opportunity. We have so many on our CF and have to scroll down to find each one because they are so different. Please make folders to make it easier to find the templates we need.

  5. It would be more efficient if UA scholarship installments could be approved from the Related Opportunities tab rather than having to click into each opportunity separately and navigate to the award details tab.

  6. We have had instances where we are reaching out to 3rd party requests (specifically with LOR) and they refuse to submit a letter on the student's behalf. Would it be possible or beneficial for there to be a decline option in the automated email so the student can find someone else? And yes, we do include strong language to encourage students to talk with teachers/counselors they would like to have submit a letter of recommendation on their behalf.

  7. Would you consider adding a hard due date for evaluations like there is for applications? This would allow us to use due date as a merge field in our email communications to evaluators to notify them when they are due. It would nice to have an auto-reminder 2 weeks in advance etc.

  9. When sharing a link to an LOI, Application, or Follow Up with someone on your team to easily access, the link often produces an error message, especially when the team member has another tab open to the Foundant login page. We would appreciate being able to share links to data within the platform without those links resulting in errors.

  10. To effectively use Tables as a shared question in a Follow Up (as stated in documentation, very helpful for Budget and ongoing grantee progress statements) - being limited to only 5 columns does not allow for multi-year grants especially

  11. I would like to see the ability to run a report that differentiates between applications that are applicant-abandoned vs. admin-abandoned. Use case: We had to close several opportunities after they opened. Students who had already applied (or had applications in-progress) were notified, and their applications were abandoned (admin-abandoned). In some cases, a student had abandoned an application prior, and it would be helpful for a report to show whether the abandon was initiated by the applicant or by an admin.

  13. I inadvertently Closed our scholarship recipients when I went through the old applications in order to update contact info. They have to be kept in approved to pull up by group; Closed applications can only be accessed one by one. The Close Request button is on the bottom right where it's common to find a button to leave a form/web page or an X on the upper right. Foundant has neither for users. You have to go to the Home icon, Requests & Users option, or the back arrow. It's not good user layout. Move the Close Request to the…

  14. Redirect to login page after password reset.

    Can you please have the system automatically redirct to the main login page after a password reset has been completed? This seems like an easy fix and should be automatic but currently users have to then go back in and locate the login page after they just reset their password.

    In a perfect world, we could also have the system automatically send folks a password reset when adding new users to an organization vs. having to tell them to go reset themselves or manually having to send them an email reset link.

  15. We use a two-step evaluation process which involves two different groups of evaluators, one for each step. Once the first group evaluates the LOI we would like to restrict the visibility of that form from the second group of evaluators.

    Right now that requires going into each question and table row or column and updating the visibility, a very time-consuming and tedious job, between the two evaluation phases.

    It would be great if we could alter the visibility at the form level, overriding field by field visibility settings. That would allow us to basically turn the LOI form off after…

  16. When creating Follow Up forms, it would be a real time-saver, and lessen the likelihood of error, to be able to pull information or fields from the Applicant Opportunities section of the Universe into the follow up form. (Or even from the connected CSuite Scholarship.)

    Currently, each opportunity we have has its own initial acceptance follow up form where the student must certify they still meet that scholarship's criteria, and we have to manually copy/paste that criteria into the follow up form from the Applicant Description section of the Opportunities page, or the scholarship description in CSuite.

  17. Please provide a Submit button for Administrators when they are Copying Requests into an Internal Process. Do not make us have to select the option while copying that the Initial Submit Status has to be Submitted. I would like to create a Draft and go in and edit away in fields and then Submit the request when I feel it is ready, it is an Internal process anyway, and I am an Administrator.

    Sure it is fine to go and select the Submitted choice when copying, but maybe I just want to submit it later, not when I am creating…

  18. Is there any way to have the applicant's business title, as well as the primary contact's business title, listed on the cover page of the application and follow-up forms? Their other data, such as address, phone #, etc. is there and it would be nice to have the business title listed as well so you don't have to go back into contacts to find it. This would be especially helpful for the evaluators when it is a new or unfamiliar organization applying for a grant.

  20. We need functionality to remove an evaluator from a panel after that evaluator (or other evaluators) have begun scoring. Presently, the only way to do this is to revert the application, which removes the work of other evaluators.

    We have encountered 2 situations this year where an evaluator discovered a conflict of interest after they started scoring. We need to remove them or at least remove the scores from the applications they completed. RIght now that will be a manual process.
