  1. We schedule weekly custom report emails to all staff. This report includes Note ID. If a note refers to an attached file, having the ability to jump into Global Search to bring up the Note ID would be a time saver for all staff.

  2. Currently, when creating an Opportunity Task Note, users can associate both a Profile and a Fund with the note.

    The note does display in the Notes tab on the associated Profile
    However, the note does not display in the Notes tab on the associated Fund

    This creates an inconsistency in how notes are surfaced across related records.

    Suggested Enhancement:
    -When a Fund is selected on an Opportunity Task Note, the note should also appear in the Notes tab of that Fund
    -This would mirror the existing behavior for Profiles and create consistency across the system

  3. It would be great if when adding a new note, you could add it to a household as well as individuals within the household. Or add multiple people onto one note.

  4. Foundant for Outlook is a great App but it doesn't allow for specifying a Note Type which is important for our internal reporting. Please add the option to specify the Note Type when using Foundant for Outlook.

  5. in some areas of CSuite when you click "Attach File" you are given the option to check a box that says "External", however other areas such as vouchers that check box is not available.
    As a user I would like the option to attach external links in all areas where "files" would be attached, this would allow my team to link to our Sharepoint rather than saving in Sharepoint and in CSuite.

  6. It would be very helpful to create a Kanban board for ALL tasks with the ability to sort by status, who is assigned, priority, task type, due date, etc. This will help assignees to stay on track and leadership to see what everyone is working on.

  10. Report on all notes in the system and be able to see the profile associated with the note, whether the note is directly on the profile or the note is on an opportunity with a profile as the primary opp profile.

    Could a custom report for Opportunity ALSO include available fields for Opp Task Names, associated Descriptions and Notes text, as well as fields for the Profile associated with the Opportunity?

    Currently, there are 3 potential Custom Reports (Task, Note, Opportunity) we can use to pull out almost all of this information, but the Available Fields vary dramatically within each of these, and none give a full Opportunity view or export.

  12. As we are beginning to utilize Tasks, our lists in each bucket are beginning to grow. It would be awesome to be able to search for specific tasks in any bucket by a keyword to make finding them alot easier.

  13. We internally report "contact" notes to our staff on a weekly basis using the Scheduled Report function. This provides all of our staff with a snapshot of important conversations that have occurred over the previous week and been recorded in the database. I include the Ref Name column on this report because it's great context to have when viewing a list of notes. However, I've noticed that when a note is added to an opportunity or fund advisor record, the Ref Name is blank.   15. There have been 2 ideas archived on this, but it would be so great if we could see the profile name in the task list not just the id#.

    Also, you should be able to tie a task to a profile from the main tasks.

    This is really needed for optimal donor stewardship.

  16. Please bring over the date of the email when the Foundant add-in is used to copy an email to a note in CSuite from Outlook. Currently the note date is the date the email is copied (even if that is not the day the email was sent/received), and the original email send date is not recorded anywhere in the body of the CSuite note.

  17. When we use outlook, we have to manually add the fund name and note type. We also have to manually add the sticky. Would be helpful if we could choose this. Would also be helpful to be able to create a task from the outlook email. And, if multiple funds/profiles could be chosen, bonus!

  18. We'd like to have the ability to mark a couple of note types as sticky ones. This would allow the finance related notes such as those concerning fund agreements or investments pinned at the top for better visibility.
    Currently, many fundraisers are adding notes from the profiles selecting the fund name. As a result, finance notes are getting pushes down, making harder for the team to locate critical information quickly.

  20. We are collecting information in a Notes Field on an event which is working when a patron fills it out online. but we have no way to add this note when entering a ticket manually or if a note needs to be updated. Please make this field available in the back office.
