Option for online donation processing fee to be mandatory
We would like an option to require a donor to cover the processing fees for online gifts. This would help eliminate the cost to the foundation during a Give Day campaign.

Giving Hub - Customized Questions
It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld. The Ability to Toggle Public Facing Contact Information for Fund Stewards
We would like the functionality for our fund steward's business contact information to only show in the portal and have another set of public facing contact data to show on promoted/public funds in the giving hub. this way we keep the personal connection within the portal and sensitive contact information away from the public.

Add classes to fund cards to distinguish promoted funds from advised funds
In the Giving Hub, there is currently no way to differentiate between funds that appear on the promoted-funds page because they are promoted and those that appear there because a logged-in fund advisor is viewing the page. I would like to be able to apply different styles to those two types of fund cards so it is clear to fund advisors at a glance which funds are theirs and which are promoted. To enable this, please add classes to the fund cards that reference the reason they are appearing on the page, such as "promoted-fund" and "advised-fund."

Giving Hub Campaign - Add Location to Top of Event Under Start Time
On the individual campaign event page (event?eventdateid=xxxx), you show the event name, date and start time. Then there is a rather large blank space before you see the campaign details. Is there a way to move up the Location information -- maybe just the street address -- to that blank space?
Or is there any way to compress that space if there is no image added for the event?

Donation Notes/Purpose in Giving Hub
For the Donation Notes Label in the Giving Hub - Is there a way to expand the character max or at least show all of the words? It is cutting off the limited amount. Ideally, we would love to use a drop down for folks to choose purpose of donation. (ex. Sponsorship, Mitzvah Moment, Board Contribution, General Support, Event Ticket, Registration, etc)

Donor Recognition Name Settings
We would like to be able to have the option for recognition name to be enabled or disabled, as well as the functionality to edit the label (much like donation comments, newsletter title, etc.). Our donors get confused by this field, and we want to add further clarity, or get rid of it.

Add feature to manually split a Giving Hub donation among donors
In the past year, I have received 3 donations through out Giving Hub (via credit card on Stripe). Once, the donor wrote in their message that this donation was mean to be split in half, with the tax receipts going to two different people. Twice, the donors then called me right after and said they donated for themselves and on behalf of someone else, and they give me direction on who the donation receipt should go to. Giving Hub
We need to be able to have more than one Event Ticket Tab Name. We have 19 affiliates so it is not uncommon to have more than one event with tickets for sale happening at any given time. It would be nice if this Event Ticket Tab Name was somehow tied to the actual Campaign, this way for each affiliate, their event tickets for multiple events would each have their own tab name.

Sort Funds the same way we can sort the nonprofit directory
We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.) So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community. We want something similar to what the nonprofit directory allows where you can click on a type (i.e., Designated or Scholarship) to help filter a long listing.

Donation Portal: Event Tickets option to cover the fees
Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser. Add Filter Options to the Giving Hub: Fund Group, Philanthropic Interest, and More
It would be incredibly valuable to expand the filtering capabilities of the Giving Hub to allow users to filter funds by Fund Group and/or Philanthropic Interest Type. This enhancement would help donors more easily discover funds aligned with their passions and simplify navigation of large fund lists.
This feature would also support foundations that organize funds thematically—such as education, environment, or healthcare—and want to provide a more tailored donor experience.

Manual Sort Order in Giving Hub
Please allow for the giving hub to be manually sorted. This could be a sort order field on the fund record that allows for a number to be input, indicating the order it should appear on the giving hub fund list. It could also work in tandem with the currently alphabetical sort, sorting funds alphabetically that do not have a sort order set.

Show total (combined) balance of parent and sub-funds for fund advisors
Currently, the fund advisor portal does not allow to show combined balances of parent and sub-funds on the total balance. Can we enable this option for fund advisors?

Have the option for a specific fund to not display the "anonymous donation" checkbox when checking out.
We have a specific fund that needs to track everyone who is making a donation as they are using their fund as a flow-through. However, a few members had made their donations and accidentally marked their donations as anonymous when checking out. This made it difficult for the Fund Advisor to follow up with those who had not made their donations. To make it easier for both the Fund Advisor and the members who are donating, it would be nice to have the option to disable/remove the "Anonymous Donation" checkbox from the checkout screen, but only for this specific fund…

Grant Catalog Item Donations
Currently, Grant Catalog only accepts monetary donations to support the needs of Grantees. We would like to propose an additional option allowing donors to contribute essential items, which could then be tracked through the platform. For example, we envision connecting Grantees with local hardware businesses to provide computers and other tangible resources.
