  1. When Household Giving is enabled in the Giving Hub, donors have the option to give as a household by selecting a radio button and entering household information.

However, donors often do not know how to properly format the household name, which can lead to:
    -Duplicate households
    -Inconsistent naming conventions
    -Data cleanliness challenges for staff

    Suggested Enhancement:

Provide the ability to enforce or guide a standardized household naming format during entry

    Examples of best practice formats:
    -Last, First and First
-Last, First and Last, First (for different last names)

    Possible Solutions:
-Add format guidance text near the input field
    -Allow admins…

  2. Hello! Currently we add coding into our giving hub/directory pages through the nonprofit designation statement area that allows html. The coding creates a button for our DAF holders to select and be redirected to the login area so that they can direct a grant via their DAF. It would be great if this was available at check out without additional coding. Essentially, we would like a Donate now with your DAF button at check out.

  3. Currently, the Giving Hub setting that requires donors to review and agree to legal terms (one of CSuite’s latest releases) applies only to donations.

As a donor-directed Foundation, we require donors, each time they make a grant request, to approve and attest to the IRS written acknowledgment confirming that no services or benefits are received in exchange for a distribution.

Having this Giving Hub setting extend to grant requests submitted through the portal would allow for this process to be streamlined.

  4. We have many donors who are entering their prefix (Mr/Mrs/Ms) to the "Suffix" field in the Giving Hub. I'm shocked that these aren't fields that we can customize in the Giving Hub Settings/Content pages. Or why isn't "Prefix" field being used already? Why have one and not the other?

The Giving Hub check out page as it is currently configured is importing names incorrectly, and is causing a lot of data clean up work. We can't mail a thank you letter to John Doe Mr. - and what if a donor wants to put his name in as Mr. John…

  5. Option to turn off recurring donations by fund. There are times we would prefer not to have donations committed past certain dates for certain funds. Would there be any way to turn off recurring donations by fund

  6. Please make the choice between individual vs household vs org more visible. They're easy to miss!

That, or add the option for a customizable header for further instruction.

  7. We would like to add instructions on when to use individual vs household vs org on the checkout page. Currently, a lot of households use the individual setting and we can't change it on the back-end.

That, or make the choices more visible. They're easy to miss!

  8. Change the term "Description" on an online grant request to "Grant Purpose." Description is too confusing and donors don't know what to enter in that field.

  9. One Big Beautiful Bill includes a new above-the-line charitable deduction for non-itemizers that goes into effect 1/1/26 which specifically excludes DAFs. Between now and then, we need Foundant to offer a solution for noting which funds are DAFs in the Giving Hub, so donors know whether their gift is actually going to be tax deductible for them. Possibly "Group" and/or "Donor Advised Y/N" could become visible.

NOTE: This is a customer service issue that will impact ALL Foundant clients that sponsor DAFs and use the Giving Hub.

    Thanks! - TCF

  10. It would be helpful if we could add a checkbox for a donor to request further information on starting a fund or making a charitable estate gift when they make a gift on the Giving Hub and be notified that they are asking to be contacted.

  11. We would like to be able to have the option for recognition name to be enabled or disabled, as well as the functionality to edit the label (much like donation comments, newsletter title, etc.). Our donors get confused by this field, and we want to add further clarity, or get rid of it.

  12. QR codes for fund donation pages are great. We could use them also for funds that are set as Private, but are visible through the affiliate Giving Hub. There are URL's for those affiliate fund donation pages but no QR codes through CSuite.

  13. In the past year, I have received 3 donations through out Giving Hub (via credit card on Stripe). Once, the donor wrote in their message that this donation was mean to be split in half, with the tax receipts going to two different people. Twice, the donors then called me right after and said they donated for themselves and on behalf of someone else, and they give me direction on who the donation receipt should go to. However, it does not seem possible to split a Giving Hub donation among various donors manually - but given the demand at my…

  14. It would be incredibly valuable to expand the filtering capabilities of the Giving Hub to allow users to filter funds by Fund Group and/or Philanthropic Interest Type. This enhancement would help donors more easily discover funds aligned with their passions and simplify navigation of large fund lists.

This feature would also support foundations that organize funds thematically—such as education, environment, or healthcare—and want to provide a more tailored donor experience.

    Suggested Filters:

    Fund Group
    Philanthropic Interest Type
(Optional future ideas) Region, Fund Type, etc.

What other filters would make the Giving Hub more useful to your donors? Please share your…

  15. The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in…

  16. Introduce the ability to categorize funds within the Giving Hub - allowing users to filter the fund list by specific types, such as scholarship funds.

Each filter view would generate its own unique URL. For example, the filtered list of scholarship funds could be accessed via: csuite.com/donation/scholarship-list

This would allow these specific fund lists to be easily shared on websites, etc.

  18. Please implement additional sorting options for funds that are not promoted, but show up on the "Show Additional Funds" page. Currently, this page sorts alphabetically.

It would be great if those funds could be sorted in different ways, including but not limited to fixed numerical ordering, like you can with promoted funds.

Also, it would be helpful if the funds could be grouped based on fund group, sub-group, division, or segment. Then, sorting within each of those groupings as well.

  19. It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld. This option formed the basis of several policies related to the way we share donor information, so it would be great to…

  20. When sharing direct links to pages within the Giving Hub, there are no defined metatags (og:title, og:image, og:description) which means the link preview in social media sites (or other places it's shared digitally, i.e. new Outlook) is empty/blank. This is not optimal for marketing purposes and particularly when we'd like donors/orgs to share direct links to donate pages and/or to campaigns.

The same is true of the landing pages for each section of the Giving Hub.

We could, I suppose, create a page on our org's native website "news" feed to correspond to each campaign for the purposes of social…
