notification for grants
When we set up portal users there are times where we don't want them to see grants out or donations in. However, even when we click no to view, they still get email notifications if they are fund advisors. Why? The notifications should be turned off too. This circumvents the purpose of fund advisors not being able to see activity if they get notified by email anyway. Can notifications be turned off when clicked no on portal?

Under Fund Advisor, you can edit Donation Notify and Grant Notify. When you're setting up access to the portal, you have the option to leave those boxes unchecked so the user won't get emails or check the boxes so the user will receive emails for each donation and grant. Hope this helps!
