select multiple grants (but not all) to post approval
Any chance we can tweak the grant bucket section to allow us to select multiple (but not all) grants to post for approval in one batch? As of now, we can either do one by one --which sends multiple emails to the approvers-- or we can process all grants in the bucket in a single batch. On occasion we are ready to proceed with a handful of grants but not every item in the bucket. Have check boxes like we do in the deposit till might be helpful.

I am not supposed to approve my own grants. Under the current system I approve one grant at a time. I cannot use the approve all function. It would be great to have a check box to select those I want to approve or have the system go to the next grant needing approval. I currently go to grants, select the grant to approve. then I have to go back to grants and approvals again. It is 3 steps not one.

Yes- this would be amazing! I just posted another idea for this not realizing this already had a post. This would definitely help speed up our process as well.

I second this. we often have grant that sit ready to approve for several months due to our requirement that they wait to request capital grant funds until they are ready to use them. That 1 grant then requires me to individually approve large numbers of DAF grants.
