Scholarship Approval
Currently, the approval process for a scholarship grant takes place toward the end of the grant process after vouchers are already created by using grant approvals. Some organizations have an approval process that starts toward the beginning of scholarship processing (student profiles are entered and updated and then scholarships are created. Once a scholarship has been created, then a second reviewer is required.). I'd like to propose a scholarship approval process toward the beginning of the scholarship process (similar to where the "post" button is, but for "approve and post). I'd also propose that approvers an be set up on a fund-by-fund basis so that different employees can approve different funds (and so that manager of a scholarship fund does not have the ability to approve their own fund).
