Enable Custom Account Types
The ability to create additional account types would be a huge timesaver. The Account Types offered currently are too few in number and can't possibly align with the account types (or groupings) of the typical user. Custom account types would also simply the process of creating financial views.

The lack of ability to customize and add accounts forces us to create reports manually outside of C-Suite - having this functionality within C-suite would be a huge saving of time and money to create manual reports monthly.

The default account types do not work for our reporting needs. We currently create all reports manually since we cannot edit the account types

Ability to add additional account types to allow foundations to group activity how they would like
Current P&L types include: Expense, Program, Adminstration, other expenses, payroll expense, professional fees, support, other income.

More Categories for Income and Expenses
For the Income Statement (and Budget), would you consider adding a couple of more categories for Income and Expenses? We have regular Income, Fundraising Income and Grant Income and for Expenses we have Administrative, Fundraising and Grant Expenses. This aligns with completing our 990 at the end of the year.
