Cancelling a historical grant (payment line)
We'd like to be able to cancel historical grants and their scheduled payments. We have scholarships that transferred over from our old system into Csuite as grants and we'd like to clean up our lists. They have installments that haven't been paid because the student quit attending school, and currently, when we click "cancel" next to the installment we receive a message that states "Can not cancel a historical payment line (maybe in the future)...."

You should be able to cancel the historical scholarship payment lines. Reach out to support for steps top cancel these. Success@foundant.com
