Ability to not auto-post Stripe transaction
When stripe transactions are brought into CSuite, put them in the NEW bucket (like they were manually entered) and not be posted so they can be edited prior to posting. Currently, we unpost and change the majority of our stripe donations because the default account is not where they need to post. With donor notifications turned on, the donor receives multiple emails for our behind the scenes work to make the books right.
A request with a similar title was submitted/implemented but it only changed auto transfer/deposit not posting. That actually caused more work on our end and didn't resolve the issue that was requested to be fixed.
