New Grant Process - Checkbox to decline grant document creation
Please enable a checkbox to decline or STOP the creation of a grant document. Many of our internal grants do not need a grant document created but we have no way to turn these off. It add several extra steps to delete the letter which is not applicable.

- 1-18-2023: Checks: Added the ability to delete or email the grant or scholarship letters from the check id. This will allow clients to remove the grant or scholarship letters if needed.

This would be a very helpful feature as some of our check batches don't need a Grant Letter to be generated as we're processing the letter outside of the system at this time and looking at using the Award Letter instead of the grant letter.
