User Sign In: Always include "Forgot Password" link on login page
The "Forgot Password" link on the login page only appears after a user has a failed login attempt - but it should be present on the login screen always.
Many staff members know they've forgotten their password and thus don't even bother trying to log in. This leads to a significant number of calls to our internal helpdesk, and we always have to tell users "it's a dumb thing that Foundant does, but you'll need to have at least one failed login attempt and then you can reset your password." This is how the first encounter with CSuite goes for much of our staff - it's a terrible "front door" for the application.
