New Login Detected - ip address location was not correct
We moved this weekend and I received an email notification of "New Login Detected". However, the location is not correct. It is in the correct state but not even close to the correct city. We contacted Support to make sure the email was in reference to my own login and were told that the "there are many things that can change locations. ISPs will connect you to any random route so the email notification could show that you're in one place when you're really in another". If this is the case, I would suggest either not listing the location at all or clarifying that the location is not exact.
Implemented 4/25/2024: Summit Idea Lab-Users: Updated the language on the email reporting a new login for users to help clarify that location is not exact.
