Sponsored Org mergefields don't exist
Within C-Suite templates (grant letter + award letter templates) there is not currently a mergefield for "sponsored org" name, address to come into the letter template. All of our emergency assistance/hardship grants are paid to a sponsored org vendor for the individual grantee. So, we have been manually creating all hardship grant check letters out of the system, since the sponsored org name/address don't have mergefields.
Important to note that we are not using GLM/SLM for our hardship grant processes. The submission/review for our emergency assistance applications are handled manually and then we bring approved grants into C-Suite to get money out.
