Ignorance
Can you change the Opportunity Stage name "Ignorance" to "Unaware", it is not good for relationship building to use this type of language. Thanks for considering.

As long as you have edit permissions, you should be able to edit an opportunity type and stages. In Opportunities, select List Types, then select the ID of the opportunity you would like to edit. There is an option in the left side menu to edit the opportunity. This area is also where you can add your own opportunities and stages.
