Prim Date on addresses needs to be a searchable/filterable field by date in Custom Reports.
For large mailings that may be going out in the future, Foundations using professional external print vendors for large mailings will often need to provide an accurate data list of addresses well in advance. If the future mailing date would affect the addresses pulled (e.g. knowing that the future mailing date will have toggled many Prim Dates to a different address than is currently Primary), there is no way to actually search or filter or BULK report for Prim Dates.
Address Type Name is one way to help isolate these addresses, but without the actual Prim Date to reference, it can create excessive and inefficient manual work.
