Donor Rollup Report Enhancement
The Donor Rollup Report currently totals the donation amount when the roll up household option is taken. It would be more beneficial if the First Donation Date & Last Donation Date were updated as well when this option is selected. Ideally it would show the First Donation Date, which would be the earliest date for the household profile or the members, including advised donations. The last donation date would show the date of the last gift given by the household, any of the members, & include advised gifts as well.
This would allow our team to finally have all of this information (dollar amounts & dates) in a single report. As it stands right now, it takes multiple reports to compile the dates with the combined dollar amounts to do segmented reporting on the donor listing. Our foundation does extensive outreach to our donors based upon dollars given & different timelines that those gifts were given. Updating the Donor Rollup Report would allow for a streamlined reporting & analysis of this information.
