Add Indicator on Profiles to identify them as having been created by Import Donations Tool
Add indicator on profile records that indicates the profile was created from the import donations tool. Allow this field to be filtered on in reports. This will help greatly in identifying duplicate profiles created by imports.

allow inactive and activate of profile from left menu
Add the option to Activate and Inactivate a Profile from the left menu without having to edit the profile to check, or uncheck, the 'Inactive' field. There are often times where we need to activate a profile to correct some information then inactivate it. This process is tedious when it requires us to edit the profile each time this status changes.

Add "Are you sure you want to copy?" to all copy buttons
The copy buttons don't require any confirmation that you actually want to copy prior to the copy being completed currently. This is an issue because it is often next to "edit" or "merge" buttons, so it is fairly easy to mistakenly click from time to time. Additionally, it can be fairly easy to miss that you did copy the record since the only indication is a refresh of your screen in most cases, so this can result in duplicate records and confusion. add a team member to fund steward
Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

Tracking Updates to Profile Addresses, Phone Numbers, and Emails
Make the ID numbers of profile addresses, phone numbers and email addresses visible on all profiles. This would allow the log data for address/phone/email updates, additions and deletions to be better understood and would allow address, phone and email IDs to be filtered on in reports.

All Bulk Update Files Consolidated into a Single Bulk Update File
When Bulk Updating profiles, there are four different files to bulk update the profiles with. When editing profiles, we usually need to update all four areas of the profile and this requires us to download and manipulate all four.
Instead, it would be better if they were consolidated into a single file/sheet so we could update all of those fields in one go. This would make this process much less tedious and allow us to make one bulk edit, instead of four individual bulk edits.

Inactive Emails should not display as a selection in email functionality or anywhere!
I marked an email inactive and then updated the current email as Primary. When I go into the email function from the left menu bar, I still have the Inactive email address as the first option in the email dropdown. What is the point if having an email marked Inactive, if it still shows up in the functionality? And, the user has to go back to the profile to determine which one is the Primary/active one. At the very least, can you mark the inactive email with "Inactive" ?

Auto-Populate a Student's SSN from a follow-up form to their User Profile
Since we need to collect all student's personal information to report to the Canada Revenue Agency every year, currently, we must manually enter each student's SSN to their CSuite profile. In our process, we ask for a student's SSN and direct-deposit information on a follow-up form that must be completed after they have been selected to receive funding. It would be great to have a function that can import this information from the SLM follow-up form to their CSuite profile.

Please can we have an option to remove the do not email, call or mail in bulk for individual profiles? You currently have to click through all three - can we have a do not contact option that encompasses all 3?

Delete email and phone numbers from Edit Mode
We need a delete button in Edit mode on profiles, so that you can delete an old phone number or email. Right now, you have to clear the field and click save, but I have found that doesn't even work. The old phone number still displays, so I then have to click delete from the main page. If you are in edit mode, you should be able to delete with one button.

Deactivate Org Role Entry
It would be very useful if we could deactivate org roles that are no longer needed. For example, we track our committee members using the Org Role. Committees have ceased to exist in the past, and new committees have been created. We would like to keep our historical data regarding profiles that were assigned a previously existing (but no longer) committee Org Role. If we did, we could query up members of a historic committee, but that committee Org Role wouldn't be available to select anymore for the Org Role and our list of Org Roles would be much more…

Hide Inactive Org Role and Profile Link or Reorganize Structure to make easier to read
It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.

Expand Pronoun Options
Recently I added a new record of a woman who's pronouns were listed on her website as She/Ella because of her Mexican heritage. Foundant gave me an error message that it is an 'invalid' option. I thought this box allowed us to type any text but I was wrong. Can this box just be open text like other fields in Foundant? This would be more culturally and generally inclusive.

Attach Tasks to Profiles
It would be wonderful if you could see completed tasks when on a profile. When I pull up a donor profile, I need to see what/when their last point of contact was. For example, if we mailed a personal note, made a phone call, sent an email. Very helpful information especially when a donor says, we haven't heard from you this year!

profile type - display in main profile area
Display Profile Type in the main profile information, not under Relationships. The profile type is one of the most important pieces of information when contacting donors, but is currently hidden under 'relationships', so one must remember to click there to see that information. Our team thought that the attributes previously assigned were gone, but it seems they've just been hidden. While I now know where this information is, it's still not easy for those who do not use CSuites every day to find the information.

Adding an Indicator Flag to Note the Date of Last Review
Would it be possible to add an indicator flag on the donor's profile so we can note the date that their personal/contact information was updated last? This would be useful for us to know if the contact information/preferences that we have on file is outdated, and whether we should ask to verify email/phone number/address during our next touchpoint with the donor.

Make Linked Individuals Reportable
The new functionality for linking more than one individual to an org profile is great! But we need the ability to report on it. This is a huge help in creating mailing lists, but we can't use it if we can't report on it. Thanks!
