  1. Hello - I am wondering if at some point you all could have a geographic mapping tool for reporting so that we can share pins on a map for grants, gifts, and other reportable things as long as we have an address. This would be great for strategic planning, Board meetings, etc. Thank you

  2. It would be nice to be able to report notes with a profile, fund, or recurring grant or any other object on the same report. And the report still report the main object (profile, fund, grant) information even if a note is not present. We are trying to monitor recurring grants the donors initiate from the portal. They often include a note that never gets seen unless you expressly go looking for notes.

  5. Currently, the Division Filter only allows for all divisions or individual divisions. Please create an option to checkbox particular divisions so that it is possible to include and exclude particular divisions when utilizing the 990 reporting.

  6. Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.

    With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.

    This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

For the fund level restriction coding Default Restriction has a reporting field name of "funit type Id" and "Fund Restriction" but Spendable restriction and Principal Restriction are "spendablefunittypeid," "spendablefunittypecode;" and "principalfunittypeid," "principalfunittypecode."The naming convention is not consistent with the front end field display, and is not intuitive. Additionally the Fund (Default) Restriction is available in custom reporting, the others are not, and in the fund export the Fund (Default) Restriction is not near the other fields. I would prefer them all to be consistent in naming, and all reportable in custom reporting.

  8. Would like the ability to create a custom report for an event campaign guest list. Ideally all fields from the "Guest List" export (located in the campaign profiles tab) would be included as well as "work organization" and "work title" from an individual profile.

    Use case: Professional advisors attend an event and are invited by an organization that is not their employer. When printing name tags for the event, if a profile has a work organization and title, would like to pull this information onto the name tags (not the organization that registered the individual for the event).

  10. On the 990 Report, allow for bulk action of adding profile type so we can use the profile type to generate a custom report showing each donation detail for the donors who are on the 990.

  11. You recently added "First Gift Date" and "Last Gift Date" as fields you can see on a profile report. It would be nice if you also added a "# of Gifts" field.

  12. It is fantastic we can now just use "Save" in custom reports to save updates to an established report. It would be mind blowing if we could also have the option to EDIT the report to update the description, the shared toggle or even the name without using "Save As" and deleting the older report.

  13. We need the option to filter to show only DAF gifts and grants. The current report shows all donations. We are also required in Schedule D to show only DAF donations and grants. This cannot be accomplished with the 990 Report.

  14. Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.

    We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

  16. I would like a way to report out a donor's cumulative donations, both direct and advised, without having to sort through and organize tens of thousands of donations in an Excel spreadsheet. There is a custom reports field option for donation amount; I would like one that totals ALL donations from a donor so we are able to - for example - pull donors whose $100 donations add up to $2,500.

  17. We are going to be producing monthly a spreadsheet that will help us determine who normally distributes in a particular time frame and their spendable/available cash.

    It would be a dashboard we can frequently review.

    However, the pre-made reports or the custom ones do not grab both the spendable/available cash that we would need for review.

    Other fields that we would find beneficial include: the distribution type/sub types, fund summary and fund advisor.

    Nice to have would be the grantee names/dates/amounts.

  18. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.
