  1. The "Grant Request Advisor Name" field only exists on the grant request record and in the Grant Request custom report. We would like to see this field available in other reports such as the Grant Report or Grant Status custom report so that we can pull that into grant reports. Is that a possibility?

  2. Would be great if uploading by profile ID allowed you to create reports beyond just a profiles report - why not expand to include that for any type of report where profile id is a filterable option.

  3. Would love the ability to assign edit rights to multiple people in reporting. For example, one person on a team may create the report, but the report is intended to belong to the team. It would be great to be able to assign other members of that team to edit those reports, rather than having to save a duplicate as their own.

I know there was already an idea submission about marking custom reports as a "favorite" and it was marked as implemented when the categories were added, but as one poster noted, the categories don't solve this request. Categories are company-wide and favorites are specific to the user. I cannot use a category to mark my favorites. Please consider re-opening this issue.

  5. I am wondering if CSuite could make it possible to add an Org profile to a household. This would be extremely helpful for donor roll-up reporting. We have many donors who hold DAFs outside of the foundation. When necessary, we create an Org profile for these DAFs. Over time, our donors may give from different entities (as an individual, as a household, and/or from their external DAF). For internal reporting, it would amazing if we could add the external DAF to the household so that in a roll-up report we get a summary of donations from all entities.

Currently, if you want to create a custom report only showing certain GL accounts, when you filter a bunch of accounts, it lists all of them at the top of the report in the filter section and when you export the report. It would be nice to be able to hide that field so when looking at the report or exporting it looks clean. The goal is to use some of this reporting for managers, but listing 20 accounts that are being filtered makes the report look messy.

  8. In Reports - Change "Label" field to "Mailing Label" to make it consistent with how it appears on the profile. "Label" is confusing and hard to find... like most fields in Reports :P

  9. Hello - I am wondering if at some point you all could have a geographic mapping tool for reporting so that we can share pins on a map for grants, gifts, and other reportable things as long as we have an address. This would be great for strategic planning, Board meetings, etc. Thank you

  10. It would be nice to be able to report notes with a profile, fund, or recurring grant or any other object on the same report. And the report still report the main object (profile, fund, grant) information even if a note is not present. We are trying to monitor recurring grants the donors initiate from the portal. They often include a note that never gets seen unless you expressly go looking for notes.

  12. Currently, the Division Filter only allows for all divisions or individual divisions. Please create an option to checkbox particular divisions so that it is possible to include and exclude particular divisions when utilizing the 990 reporting.

  13. Similar to HubSpot's dashboard features, it would be useful to build custom dashboards where a collection of reports are saved on a particular page with a customized name.

    With this feature, the user could build custom reports and save them in a collection on a page where other users could access the dashboard to check metrics.

    This would help users who need to track custom metrics that aren't necessarily represented on the dashboards already created by CSuite.

For the fund level restriction coding Default Restriction has a reporting field name of "funit type Id" and "Fund Restriction" but Spendable restriction and Principal Restriction are "spendablefunittypeid," "spendablefunittypecode;" and "principalfunittypeid," "principalfunittypecode."The naming convention is not consistent with the front end field display, and is not intuitive. Additionally the Fund (Default) Restriction is available in custom reporting, the others are not, and in the fund export the Fund (Default) Restriction is not near the other fields. I would prefer them all to be consistent in naming, and all reportable in custom reporting.

  15. Would like the ability to create a custom report for an event campaign guest list. Ideally all fields from the "Guest List" export (located in the campaign profiles tab) would be included as well as "work organization" and "work title" from an individual profile.

    Use case: Professional advisors attend an event and are invited by an organization that is not their employer. When printing name tags for the event, if a profile has a work organization and title, would like to pull this information onto the name tags (not the organization that registered the individual for the event).

  19. It is fantastic we can now just use "Save" in custom reports to save updates to an established report. It would be mind blowing if we could also have the option to EDIT the report to update the description, the shared toggle or even the name without using "Save As" and deleting the older report.

  20. We need the option to filter to show only DAF gifts and grants. The current report shows all donations. We are also required in Schedule D to show only DAF donations and grants. This cannot be accomplished with the 990 Report.
