  1. After importing pledges into CSuite users are unable to bulk post all of the pledges listed in the new bucket. This requires the user to click into each pledge & then post. This requires additional setup time when working with a high volume of pledges.

  2. When we integrate GLM to CSuite for Grant Catalog use, there is no way to add the grant catalog identifier to the bulk donation upload template. We have several foundations that do Giving Day and they have nonprofits apply in GLM to participate, we integrate to CSuite for Grant Catalog. While some donate online and it works great, many people donate in person on Giving Day with a check or cash. In these cases (and could have upwards of 200-400 cash / check donations), our accounting department has to add the grant catalog field after they complete the bulk upload…

  3. When I create a donation record, I often select a different mailing address than the primary for the donor on the particular gift I'm posting. The new address prints perfectly on the acknowledgement letter but does NOT print on the envelope. Instead, the Primary Address for the donor profile is printing on the envelope. When working in the DONATIONS > Receipts space, I would like to see the address I selected for the donation printed on both the letter and the envelope. Thank you.

  4. We have a Campaign - Race (5k Run/Walk).

    Needed to distribute a check received from a third-party (race organizer) as donations from multiple Profiles (race participants) related to a Campaign.

    • Race organizer collected (100% donation) $25 registration fees and added $1 surcharge for processing.
    • Race organizer included additional donation to Fund - not necessarily linked/related to Campaign.

    IDEA: Allow soft credit at "Buy a Ticket" option of Profile Payment.

    I apologize if this isn't clear. I have to figure out the best way to solve this problem.

  5. Used to be a RE NXT user, and one of the best features was Workflow Designer. You could create processes — known as workflows — as an automated series of steps in the form of actions, emails, or conditions. You can assign actions to someone in your organization to complete, then add conditions to have the workflow move to the next action.
    You could add emails to your workflow and set conditions to automatically send those emails to your constituents. You'll add actions and emails based on your chosen criteria and let the workflow do all the work, saving yourself…

  6. It would be nice to have the ability to apply a percentage or dollar amount of a donation to the spendable and the remainder to the endowed portion. We have some funds that have been setup this way but currently the donation has to be entered as two separate donations in order to achieve the split.

  8. Add more payment methods for Recurring Donations. I have some donors that prefer ACH'd donations every month that come directly to our Bank Account. It would be nice if I could add a recurring donation for the same amount every month and have it marked either Other Payment or Check.

    Moving this idea back to Proposed.  This request is to create a recurring donation from the back end of CSuite and have ACH be a payment option (Currently it is only Stripe).

  9. Change fund on donation

    I wish there was a way to do a fund adjustment on a donation. There is an option to change donor, but not to change fund. There are occasions where we find this out after the period has closed and there's no great way to fix it.

  10. Please add the ability to edit profile payment details. If you've gone through the process of creating a profile payment but set an incorrect date or amount, the whole profile payment has to be deleted. This is particularly challenging once you've already created invoices and donations tied to the profile payment.

In other DBs I’ve used there is a way to export a complete donor/prospect profile report that lists all information in the person’s record (contact info, prospect ratings, relationships, giving, granting (is applicable), notes, etc. in an exportable report – preferably into Word or a PDF. This is very useful for us to use as a working doc in a prospect meeting. (Perhaps I’m just to old school, but paper one can make notes on is still very helpful.)

    Another VERY helpful element would be the ability for Foundant to pull in fields from one of the major prospect research…
