An error occurred while saving the comment Vonda Carr commentedI noticed this as well. I now have a few organizations that have their contact person retiring and the new contact cannot see any previous follow ups. This makes the use of letting grantees see administrator comments useless.

An error occurred while saving the comment Vonda Carr commentedPlease think about this idea. We generally have 10 open processes. By the end of 2018, we will have 13 open processes. Applicants truly pick the first process they see and we spend a lot of time convincing them to scroll through the list.

An error occurred while saving the comment Vonda Carr commentedI would like to add to this idea. Is there a way to have another bucket that would separate grants with multiple vs. single follow ups? If a grant has multiple follow ups and we cannot mark it closed, I have to open FIMS each time I go into the completed bucket to see if that follow up has been processed in FIMS. It gets time consuming when that mid-follow up has to sit in the completed bucket for six months, a year, or longer.

I just discovered this issue with an applicant that has had multiple turnovers in her and she is not able to copy to a new form.
