The grant type and service area will auto populate from the profile to the grant. That is a possible solution with this request. You have the option to edit both fields when creating the grant.

Holly, that is helpful but isn't quite what we are hoping for. Even if we could require the service area and grant type to be filled in for every profile so it then ensuring every grant has these fields filled, it then creates extra work of needing to fill in service area for profiles that don't need it (all non-grantees) and also would encourage the people entering the grant to use the prefilled value from the grantee profile rather than what is specific to that grant (example: grantee services an entire county, but the grant is for a project in a specific city).
