We are continuing to understand the needs and workflows for emails that need to come back into the system.
What providers are people using?
Are there emails other than responses to system messages that need to live in the system?
If an email was sent in relation to a request, example for submitted, where would you want to view that email from?
Any thoughts are very helpful

Hello,
This can be added to the user form today. One piece we have heard is that this should be more visible in other areas of the software, if you could please call out where you would expect to see this information

This would be very useful when e-mail attachments contain sentitive information (e.g. SIN in the tax form we must provide to scholarship recipients). We would like to keep a trace of the e-meil sent, without the attachment.

It could be an interesting feature, especially when we are approching a deadline for a process and many people have last minute questions. However, a feature with an automatic message when we are unable to respond live would be a must!

We would like to be able to link responses to automatic messages, but especially answers to inquiries that we make to applicants, so that we can keep track of ALL correspondance in foundant.
Seing them in applicant and request e-mail history would be great, with the ability to be notified when we receive such e-mails.
