  1. Please consider only allowing one application per process by each organization. I saw duplicate application from single applicant most of the time. I would be greatly appreciate if it is fixed soon.

  2. Could there be a small pop-up when your cursor goes over this field that explains how the primary contact works?

Our applicants often think "primary contact" indicates who will receive communications about their application. They frequently email saying they kept trying to change the primary contact and were unsuccessful.

We would like applicants to know that
    1) the primary contact is the executive director/officer
    2) site administrators control who is the primary contact
    3) all communications are sent to the user that submitted an application

Thanks for your suggestions on how best to make this information clear to applicants!

  4. On the applicant dashboard, it would be helpful in Historical to show by default (without needing to expand) the status of the request. From the applicant's perspective, it's key to know if a request was denied, approved and completed, or abandoned. It's nice to see immediately what was successful and what was not. The arrow to expand next to the category heading is not clear.

  5. If multiple users in the system are involved with a request, allow for the request be cross-listed under both/all user accounts. Similarly to collaboration, users will be able to work together on an application, but the request will then appear in both/all users' request histories.

  6. Hello - I am finding myself a little frustrated this time around when attempting to update my logon page message (for both SLM and GLM portal login pages). Even if I format outside of the page and copy to paste it in as I'd like it to display, it is now pulling everything left and not holding the formatting.

My bigger ask to help solve this is can we have better rich text tools in the editing of the Logon Page Message under settings in both SLM and GLM? I'd like the ability to first and foremost choose the alignment…

  7. CSuite/GLM synced grants: Applicants that receive multiple grants from designated funds need to be able to see the Fund Name in order to easily differentiate between the grants they have received. It needs to be available for other forms and merge fields too. Specifically on Follow Up forms and in email merge templates.

  8. In GLM and SLM, when onboarding new staff members who will be administrators to the environment, there is not really a clear way to lead them through training. The training used to be straight forward with Base Camp and the videos were sequential in logic to help build a true understanding of the software tools. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't find anything like that now in the Learning Center. There's a catalog of videos and FAQs, but unless I go in and hand pick the ones I want my staff person to take, there's no great way to…

  9. Improve the new applicant dashboard in SLM. We utilize SLM primarily for our scholarship program but do also have two awards programs that we also use SLM to run the nomination process. Our scholarship processes are all connected with eligibility quizzes, therefore when the scholarship season is closed, our dahsboard now looks like this. Please consider making the yellow card larger to fill the top space so that 1. All the information populates without needing to click 'See More,' and 2. Makes the new dashboard more appealing for a user as the current view is empty and looks incomplete.

  10. In GLM, the address fields do not allow for international organizations, and the strict requirements often make it so international applicants have to input incorrect information in order to create a profile. It would be great if these fields could accommodate international addresses.

  11. With the updated applicant dashboard featuring a card/tile layout, applicants, particularly students, can face usability challenges when they’re eligible for multiple scholarships. For example, if a student qualifies for just six or more scholarships, they have to scroll to view all their opportunities.

To improve the user experience, especially for applicants managing several grants/opportunities, please consider adding a toggle option for a condensed or list-style view. This view could reduce the size of the cards or display opportunities in a single row-based layout, allowing applicants to see more at once without excessive scrolling.

This enhancement would make navigating the dashboard…

  12. Ok, we all know red means alert. I have so many applicants who get confused about not being able to submit an LOI, Application, or Follow-up due to being over the character limit. There is no visual cue to direct them. Can that please be changed and save me the time of having to figure out what the problem is, having to increase the character count or explain it one more time?

  13. We would like to remove or deactivate the "See Opportunities" button on the left-hand To Do panel. All of our applicants can get to the apply page by clicking "Apply", and having more than one pathway creates confusion.

  14. Please add a toggle that admin can switch to Stop applicants from applying for the same process twice. This feels like it should be the default anyway. We had over 400 hundred applications this last round. Duplicates cause huge issues with some getting approved and awarded $ twice. A Warning Message isn't enough; if they can still click that Apply button, they will...

  15. It would be very helpful if collaborators or others in an organization could see any administrator comments made within an LOI or application. Currently, only the applicant can see the comments. If the applicant is asking for help from a collaborator, it is necessary that the collaborator see our comments.

  16. In GLM/SLM on the application allow for an option to require one of two questions. For example: Enter Budget OR Upload Budget. Right now we need to have them both unrequired to allow for one to remain blank but would like to require that at least one of them be filled out.

  17. Each month, our organization has dozens of journal entries that are imported for payroll and other month-end close items. Importing these entries is great as they spread across multiple funds. However, after importing, it's a pain to attach the same file dozens of times for documentation purposes. It would be extremely helpful if there was a button on the "list" journal entry screen (the one that shows all pending or approved entries) to attach a singular file to all selected entries.

I think this could work similarly to the "Post all" feature available so you don't need to post each…

  18. Currently we request financial audits at the application and report stage in a grant cycle. This often means the same audit lives in two places.

I would be great if users could upload files (audits, in this case) to the Organization Documents tab to keep everything in one place.

  19. Bumping this back to the top of the list - please strongly consider only allowing one application per process to be started at a time within a process cycle.
When we have multiple processes running (for us it just increased again this year, in the 30s) and 550+ active applications, we need a better way to keep the numbers accurate and moving things through the process clean and as efficient as we can. Please limit them to one application start within a process and change the apply button within the tiles that match to them to "Continue" if they've started…

  20. When extending the due date for a process, the LOIs that were already in draft status didn't update to the new due date. This caused confusion for the applicant when trying to submit the LOI. The solution was for our team to go into each draft individually and change the due date for drafts created before the process extension. (Drafts created after the extension showed the new due date.)
