Delivery / Read Receipt for email?
Thank you Foundant for the addition of email history! Great addition!
I am wondering if anybody else would like to see an option for emails to have a delivery or read receipt for the email sent through GLM.

I just wanted to update everyone that we are closer to having email deliverability information available within GLM.
In our 6.3.0 release - coming in early March - we will be updating our integration with our email provider. In the next few months, we'll be able to leverage that updated integration to display deliverability information.
I'll have more information around what that means exactly as we get closer to implementing it.

It would be helpful to add a read-receipt option when sending emails. I have several grantees who are still claiming to not have received the emails that are sent within the system. This is frustrating and is leaving me with little faith in the system and going to back using my own email software.

Hi Lynn,
I appreciate the suggestion, but realistically, this is a very long way down the feature list. First, there are just a lot of higher priority features we need to work on. And second, this is a really big development effort. While I can understand how email correspondence is very important, building out a feature-rich email system is a fairly significant investment. If there's enough demand, it's something we could consider, but it would have significant implications on other development efforts.
