Custom Columns-Allow Hide/Removal of Default Columns

Love the introduction of custom columns. However, in addition to allowing us two new fields, please allow us to remove/hide any columns that aren't relevant to our particular way of making grants. In particular, we could not care less what the first or last name of the "applicant" is, and it is very confusing to our grant reviewers for that to be so prominent on the dashboard in the new reviewer experience.

    Want: The ability to add questions from other forms to custom columns. IE an application question as a column for evaluators assigned

    I think this matches the topic. This is my first time in Idea Lab.

    This would be incredibly helpful, especially for evaluators. 99% of our evaluators are tied to a specific process, so having the Process Column showing for them is unnecessary and "extra noise" to use Donald's language!

    Yes, this would be great to remove extra noise that we aren't really looking at. Especially when we've needed to add a custom column or two and the dashboard is even busier.
