I would love to see every question have the option (or not) to be in print packets. We have a few explanatory sections that no one (applicant, staff, evaluators) needs to see when reviewing.

This would be a great addition. We also have instructions, internal fields, and demographic information that we don't need to print. It is time consuming to open the pdf and delete pages before printing.

This would be a great addition. We have instructions sections and a table that we would love to never print. We also have some screening questions within the application that if they don't meet the requirements, does not allow the applicant to continue. This group should also never need to be printed. Save Paper. Most of us are using the print packets for filing purposes or older trustees that just like paper. Whatever we can do to save that paper is great.

We have a similar situation. The grant reviewers don't need to see the certifications statements, and that takes up a lot of real estate on the page.

Hi, Sammie - just now finding your question; sorry!! It's mostly instructions I would like to have the option to remove.

Yes this is what I came to add. I want the option to select which sections of the application will be added to the PDF packet. As it is now, we have to go in and manually delete pages from the PDFs after saving the packets because they include things like terms and conditions that are irrelevant for most purposes of printing the packets.
