We really need more than 2 custom columns to be able to accurately sort and filter Applications both for Evaluator assignment by the administrators, and for our Evaluators doing the rating. Even just one more custom column would make a big difference. I've requested elsewhere, but in case there is a connection, we would also appreciate the reverse, which is to hide the default columns we don't need - or at least the Score column, which is just very confusing given the way our process works, so we do the best we can to hide it, but it is very frustrating to still have it lingering there taking up space.
