  1. Please provide options to remove left navigation items from the Fund Advisor portal. We aren't using Vouchers, and that would confuse our users. Also, the "DONATE" tab is currently not useful to us.

    My hack solution is to rename "DONATE" to " "..... But (I can't do that with "VOUCHERS" because it appears in the middle of the left navigation so people will notice the gap while DONATE is at the bottom so a blank menu item will be less obvious.)

  2. Currently, there are two tabs in the Fund Advisor portion of the portal that seem redundant - Grants and Grant Requests. In the old portal, those two had separate functions. "Grants" listed all grant history, etc. and "Grant Requests" allowed those who had permission to request a grant. In the new portal, the two tabs seem redundant due to the new Create Grant Request button that shows on every tab. The only portion I can see on the Grant Requests tab that is unique is grant requests that need approval. Could all grant information be moved to the Grants Tab…

  4. We do not utilize the Pledges portion of CSuite. Currently, we can remove the Pledges left-side menu option from the Fund Advisor tab in the new portal, however, Pledges is not removable from the Donor tab left-side menu. For this reason, we will not be able to utilize the Donor portion of the new portal because we do not want to give our donors the option to create a Pledge. Could the option to hide Pledges from the Donor tab left-side menu please be added?

  5. Is it possible to show the donations of linked households on the donor portal? Our Foundation processes donations from the household, however users login under their individual profile. It would be great if donors could see donations from their household as well as their individual profile.

  6. For new portal, please allow the ability to restrict what nonprofits/donors can edit in their public-facing profiles (nonprofits in particular) on a field-by-field basis. An example, we don't want nonprofits to change all fields, only, potentially, their mission statement, and further description. Thanks.

  7. My idea is for the donor portal. When a donor advisor submits a grant, it would be super helpful for the "short name" of the fund to populate on the Grant Request page that we use to process the grant. The fund name populates but we use the short name when processing through payables to pay the grant. We have several donors who have more than one fund and this would take human error out of the process.
    I am not talking about the donor choosing the wrong fund on their donor portal. I am talking about the Grant Request…

  8. Revise the login page so I don't have to scroll down to enter my username and password, and the same with the next page when I need to scroll down to enter my choice for authentication, and the next page when I have to enter the code. Attached are screen shots showing the inconvenience.

  9. Could you please add a Documents/Resources tab to the new non-Fund Advisor portal. We would use this tab to post announcements and news of our initiatives that these donors may not see otherwise.

  10. In the new portal, Fund Statements, Files, Nonprofit directory, Financials, Investment Report, Term Investments and Split Interest are located under Resources and Documents. Is there a way that they can be their own menu on the left hand side? It doesn’t make sense as some of these aren’t a resource or a document.

  11. We need the option to NOT show spendable balance on some funds. This could be as easy as a checkbox on the fund settings - Show Spendable or Not Show Spendable. Discussed this with Chris Sutton at Summit and he stated it would be doable. :)

    This a large pain point for us on our Donor Advised Growth funds which do not have to follow spendable but yet we still calculate it. Therefore, they end up with a large negative spendable balance showing on the portal which causes confusion.

  12. We have some Philanthropic Interest Types that are internal only and others we would choose not to list given the option. Adding a toggle next to show/hide in the portal would be great.

  13. Ability to show where we are with raising the funds of each need (a thermometer?). Needs ability that when a donor makes a recommendation via email or phone call that the dashboard updates to show the meter with the new recommendation.

  14. Right now, if the setting that allows logged in Profiles to edit their profiles is enabled, changes made through the online portal immediately update the profile in Csuite. When the "Email Notify on Profile Edit" setting is enabled, selected staff receive an email notifying them of any changes made to the profile without the need for approval. We would like to have the option for a staff-approval process for profile edits in the portal.

  15. Would really like the ability to create customized communications that would appear as a pop-up in the portal when a fund-holder logs in to share things they are working on, foundation news, funding opportunities, etc. with fund advisors.

  16. We would love the ability to enable/disable donor information (name, address, email) for each fund portal/fund advisor on a case-by-case basis (verse turning it on/off by type). While in most cases it is not necessary, we have support several unique fundraising efforts throughout the community where this would be a valuable addition to the donor services we are able to provide for our admin. fee. Ultimately, fund type is not what dictates who we may or may not want to provide this level of information to.

  17. We would really like to have the option not to show Available to Grant / Spendable on the Fund Portal. Sometimes this is a negative amount which is confusing to fundholders. There were two different Idea Lab posts about this for the current portal that are now marked as "Not Planned" because of the new portal. Please make showing Available to Grant/Spendable optional by fund in the new portal.

  18. Would love ability to see where a "fund advisor" is accessing, fund statements versus documents versus tax receipts. We are trying to evaluate if our newsletter is being read that is provided at the time of fund statements. Our email directs them to click in documents to see but we have no way of knowing if they actually are.

  19. The users should be able to identify the date range that they want to see the Grant History or Donation History for, and to be able to export the results of that date range. We have users who only want the past year or past quarter results to download and right now they are not able to self-serve this way. We have to provide a specific report to them. The new portal should allow users to identify date ranges for the information they need.

  20. Currently, the Grants tab (showing a profile's grant history) is on the Donor designation profile but it needs to be moved to the Fund Advisor designation. Two reasons: 1) There are grant advisors that are not donors and 2) only data related to Donations should be on the Donor designation if we want to use Is Donor filtering to define actual Donors. If grant history "turns on" the Donor designation but that profile doesn't actually have any donations, then it completely negates the use of the Donor designation to define actual Donors.
