Add County field in profiles and grants

Add a County field under profiles. Also allow County to be entered with a grant. In the case of scholarships, we want to flag the student's county, not the county the college is in. We are a 5 county Community Foundation and our board likes to know where we are serving.

    We would use the Service Area based on the regions we serve. Some of our affiliates are a city and some are a county. I've never worked with a database that didn't have a county field with the address. That's used frequently in creating mailing lists for fundraising.

    The service area for us is not an optimal solution. Plus since it is not a required field if the person entering doesn't populate it, we don't capture the county info.
