donations that are not eligible for tax receipt
We often receive gifts from other charities where we want to count the income as a GIFT, but the amount is not eligible for a tax receipt under Canadian Law. Currently the only way to manage in CSuite is to generate a tax receipt number for the transaction, and then simply not issue the receipt. This creates reconciliation issues for tax receipt numbers, which must be sequential and accounted for for Canada Revenue Agency requirements. It would be much better if we could select a "do not receipt" or "no tax receipt" option when donation is input which would suppress the receipt serial number.
