Add tribute information to Donor Portal donation description
The ability for a fund advisor to see the "in memory" or "in honor" tribute information in the donation description.

Agree with Lindsey, this is vital not only for our DAF holders but affiliates as well.

This is essential for our Affiliate program as well, where the fund advisors send thank-yous. It'd be ideal if Tributes made through Stripe can also appear in the automatic notification emails too.
