Add notify name, address, and email fields to custom reports
Right now on donation (and tribute) custom reports, there are fields that link to the tribute ID and show the name of the person being honored, but there is no field to show who is being notified or how they are being contacted. We'd love to be able to view those fields in custom reports.

I agree with this. Also, when looking at a Donation, it does not say who the Tribute should be sent to.
