Can 'Donate Page' terminology match
On the Donate page... The "tab" says "Donate to A Fund" and then under the page header, before it lists the funds you can donate to it says "Donate to Fund". Can these match?

Found that i can change tab name under system data Donate To A Fund Tab Name. This worked for me.
