pledge reminders - option to download to word
When generating Pledge Reminders/Statements, it would be very helpful to be able to merge them into Word so changes can be made to specific letters. Currently after clicking on Payment Documents all the pledge letters are merged into a PDF.

When a pledge is changed, it still pulls the initial pledge amount, we need to be able to edit the pledge reminders so we can send the correct information to our donors.

We had this option available in the past and it changed with the upgrades. To be able to pull the pledge reminder into a word document for editing is very important. We used to have the word document option. But it changed in the past year. Sometimes, when a pledge needs to be adjusted or it received a transfer from another fund, it is not reflected accurately and the pledge reminder needs to be adjusted slightly. This is why we need it available not only in a PDF, but in a word document so that the reminder is accurate before mailing. Thank you for reviewing this.
