zip codes
The new zip code feature is not efficient. The auto-fill feature of the zip code was helpful. Now it is gone. This means, the problem for a few is now the problem for all. In that I now have to take time to enter the citystatezip for all profiles. How about, let's keep the autofill zip code feature and provide the option to change the citystate from that same window. That would be helpful.

It would be helpful to enter a zip code and have the system autofill the city and state with the option to revise the city if necessary; some zip codes serve multiple cities/towns.

I'm adding a comment in hopes this will help "boost" this idea. I loved the old way where you enter the zip code and it auto populates the city. It help avoid misspelling the city name and was a lot quicker. We always reviewed it after to make sure the correct city populated.

I agree the previous way was much more efficient.

Yes, we agree this change has caused inefficiencies in our process and automation. I really wish it was an option in System Data.

I agree with and second this suggestion! As I manage the system for 17 other staff members, all of whom have the capability to create profiles, this has negatively impacted my trust of the veracity and accuracy of entered information, whereas the zip code validation and auto-populate function at least gave me a sense that errors/mistakes could be caught by the system and either automatically fixed at the creation/entry stage, or would send up an error for the staff entering the address.
Additionally, we found that having zip code validation removed 'broke' the automatic creation of a Notify address through the Deposit CSV import function. I chatted with support about this issue this morning and they passed this along to the development team, but not before we had to go in to troubleshoot and resolve a recurring and confusing problem with a batch import of donations.
