The tax receipt line is Not Sent until the tax receipt is sent and a User confirms it has been sent. This can be done in the Bulk Tax Receipt area by selecting “Mark as Sent”. This can also be done on a one off basis by selecting Send in the Tax Receipt list view. Once a User selects “Mark as Sent”, the donation record will indicate the receipt was sent, with a date and User that selected sent. When a donation record says “No”, it means that the donation record does not need a tax receipt.
