Improvements to Donor Portal copy function for usability
Hi there! I received great feedback from a fund advisor on the new copy function for the Donor Portal. When doing numerous grants, the usability is not what it could be when trying to use the copy function. The available balance only tallies on the home page and there is nothing to indicate on the Grant History page that a grant was copied. When copying, you are taken to the request page, but that means you left the copy page. The result is a lot of toggling between tabs to try to keep straight what has or has not been done, and what part of the grant lives in what tab. And, the more of a grant history there is with numerous grantees, the more scrolling that has to be done in order to either get down the page to the copy function, or another click to go within a specific grantee's history to copy. Great feature on the whole, but usability can be improved - thanks for considering!
