Include contributor time & date stamp details in PDF
We are using a follow up form for our grant agreements. We liked that the grant request "owner" can invite a contributor to digitally sign the form and that when we look at the form we can see who logged into their account to digitally sign and when. It would be nice that if we need to print the grant agreement we could see those details that are visible when we hover over the information "i" next to the textbox. Currently, when I click "follow up documents" to create the PDF, the details of who actually signed and when are not included.
