Report on contact info from individual profiles linked to household profiles
We would like to be able to pull into a report the contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) from the individual profiles that make up our household profiles. These are currently displayed and visible on a household profile, even if the individuals’ email addresses and phone numbers aren’t on the household record itself. Yet if we pull a report on that household, we are unable to pull in the individual contact information from those underlying records.
We populate individual records with phone numbers and email addresses specific to the individual, and we don’t want to have to add that information to the household as well (because that creates one more place to have to update the records when they change).
There are Profile Types, Stewards, and Engagement Strategies we code on the household level (if there is a household). We don’t add these codes to the individuals that make up the household, because we only want the household to show up in our report, so that we can address the couple appropriately.
Currently when running a report, even though we've played with all available email fields, we are unable to get it to show the email addresses of individual underlying members of a household. We can only show email addresses we have manually added to the household record itself. It would be tremendously helpful for us to be able to pull the individuals’ contact info into reports that include their households.

This would also be helpful when reporting on donations. We have legacy donations that were recorded on HH. We no longer do that, but reporting & soliciting based on HH donations is a bear when we can't get to the underlying IDV profile types, etc.
