Notification of Permission Additions/Changes
It would be helpful to know when new permissions have been added in the system, with a very brief description of what that permission is. Existing permissions don't change much but if they do that should be noted as well. An idea might be a special permissions log that shows any changes in the system to permissions, but any notification, such as in release notes, helps.

Thanks Joel, it is difficult to stay current with security if we have no noticed it has been updated. When system settings were changed, Holly did a great job with a video and outreach how the security didn't change (which was a huge relief!). We need to get in touch!
