Make Individual, Household, and Organization Functionality Changed
Before the profile links changed, it used to be the case where the left-hand side had options of "Make Individual," "Make Household," and "Make Organization" would show up no matter what. But now, if a profile has any org role link, I guess you can't see those options anymore. So the workaround is to delete the profile links. You have the opportunity to convert the profile to household, individual or organization, and then you have to reassign the profile link. It is an unnecessary workaround; I had to go through C-Suite chat support to understand this was the case.
