Custom Report - Filter on Cleared checks - Unable to use No
The custom report field, Cleared, that allows us to show which checks are reconciled does not allow the filter of 'No'. If the check is not reconciled the field is blank. The filter only allows for Yes or No filter options. Selecting 'No' removes all items.
The field should be either Yes or Blank or if the check is not reconciled, add No to the field on the grants, scholarships or vouchers.
