New Profile Look/Notes
With the new look of Profiles, we're suggesting that the Notes Tab have some kind of notification to alert you that a note or notes exist. It used to be readily visible below. Now you're forced to open every single tab to get an accurate account of the profile. Maybe show a number on the tab of how many notes are there or possibly change the color of the tab to alert someone to check the tab.

There is now a (#) in parentheses when a note (or file) has been added.

It would be cool to have a number in brackets after the tab header. For instance Files (3) Notes (6) to show how many of something there is on that tab. That way you know there is data in that tab.
