More Information Provided when Fund Advisor Account is Locked
When a fund advisor enters an incorrect password more than the number configured in Settings, their account is locked. The error message simply reads "Account locked out" with no instructions for what steps to take to resolve the problem.
At this point, I would think that the lock would require them to contact us to unlock their account before allowing them to login again. However, they can login if they reset their password.
If they do reset their password, the account is STILL LOCKED. If they do not contact us to unlock their account, they have to reset their password every time they login. But there is no information explaining that on the site.
I'm not entirely sure how this should work, but certainly there should be more helpful information presented to them than just that their Account is locked. Would love to hear what you think.
9/22/2023: Fund Advisors: Resolved an issue with Fund Advisors being locked out, but the forgot password will still require the foundation to unlock their account. Fund Advisors reset password email will now unlock the Fund Advisor once they select the reset password link and reset their password.
