Make Grant Service Area multiple choice instead of dropdown.
Currently Grant Service Area is a dropdown option and a user can only select one option. However, we currently use Grant Service Area as individual counties and a grantee may serve more than one county. it would be extremely helpful for reporting and tracking to have this field as a multiple choice instead of restricting to one option.

This would be the same for tagging the service areas for Funds. We cover eight counties, and it would be great to have the ability to select two of the eight (for example) instead of having a blanket choice called "Multiple counties". We are losing a lot of reporting functionality in this way. The alternative would be for us to have an option for each combination of counties that a fund would cover, which would require more than 200 choices!
To me this is a "need" request, not just a "want" one.
