Allow Organization roles to be added from any profile/profile type
When the change was made to allow org roles to be linked with organizations and households (4-5-2024) you have to start at the organization you want to link from. It is no longer allowed from an individual to link to an organization. Please put the original ability to link from the individual to the organization back.

Yes please put the original ability to link from the individual to the organization back, so that it can be done either way. When adding a new IND Profile it is so much easier to add the Org Role then, rather than having to save and then go to the Org Profile to add it. Please!
