Nonprofit Directory Enhancements
We're planning to launch our nonprofit directory page soon, and in addition to a previous idea I added about being able to sort/filter the list by service area, I have a few other ideas for enhancing this area of CSuite. The nonprofit directory already seems to pull some information directly from the profile itself but this can be overridden by editing the nonprofit area which can be different from the profile information. I'd like to see an option to pull over information from the profile so updates on the profile are reflected in the directory. Or have the option to use the nonprofit area to include different information. Right now, it's sort of a mix of both (some info pulling from profile and some from nonprofit area), and I don't want to update information in two places or not be sure where the information is pulling from. My other suggestion would be to allow bulk charity checks to be run on the nonprofits included in the directory so we can periodically ensure the nonprofits listed are in good standing and should still be included. We don't want to be promoting any nonprofits that can't pass a charity check, and right now, there's not a good bulk/non-manual way I know of to accomplish this. Finally, being able to bulk update the nonprofit directory listings (both the information included in the listings as well as the status of the listings) from within CSuite rather than individually or with an additional import would be very useful. I think upcoming enhancements are planned for this area, so I wanted to share my thoughts. Thanks for considering!

Another thought! :) It would be awesome if the nonprofit directory could be integrated with Candid/GuideStar. In addition to being able to do a bulk charity check, it would be great if GuideStar info could be embedded after clicking into a nonprofit's listing. Or even just a link to their GuideStar profile would be nice. I think there's a lot of potential for the Nonprofit Directory to be really nicely integrated with GuideStar which would be much more informative for folks. Then it wouldn't be something we have to maintain internally or even that the nonprofits themselves would have to update on our site. They could simply update their GuideStar profile and it would flow into our Nonprofit Directory and any other foundations with the same nonprofit who are using CSuite. This would be huge!!
